Colon Hydrotherapy

1st visit is 45 minutes: $80
30 minutes: $70
Series of 7: $490

The Colon is approximately five feet long and two and a half inches in diameter. There are three main functions of the colon: the final digestion of food, the elimination of digestive residue, and the discharge of waste and toxins.

A colon cleanse (using the Wood Gravitational Method) is an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of accumulated fecal matter, gas, toxins and poisons.

How many sessions do I need?

It varies with the individual and their condition. Some colons have waste that has hardened and well lodged in it that it may take a series of sessions to sufficiently soften and loosen the fecal material.

The suggested series would be two sessions per week for 8 weeks. After that it is advisable to have one session every  month or every two months for maintenance.

The series of 7 is $490. The 8th one is free.

Deep Therapeutic Bodywork

60 minutes: $70
90 minutes: $100
2 hours: $140

Deep Therapeutic Bodywork is a system of a "slow moving deep pressure" of massage that restores joint range of motion, creates deeply relaxing & restorative effects through the process of removing superficial and deep adhered muscle layers, realigning scar tissue & releasing conscious and unconscious tension stored deep in the mind & body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of this bodywork, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from this type of bodywork during the session.

Scar Tissue Release Therapy

1 hour: $90.00

Most wounds (except for minor ones) will leave a scar,  appearing after the wound is completely healed.  The new scar tissue will have a different texture and quality than the surrounding tissue, and it is generally less flexible than the surrounding skin. Often, scars result in a tightening of the surrounding tissue that can restrict movement or function in the body. Fortunately, releasing the scar can yield powerful results, which can improve mobility, diminish complications and decrease pain often associated with deep scars.

MPS (Micro-current Point Stimulation) is the method used to release scars and is especially effective in treating large, deep, painful scars.  The term ‘release’ refers to the releasing or relaxing of contracted and tightened tissue.

Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief

10 minutes: $40

Sciatica nerve pain is pain that radiates from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down the leg. Typically, sciatica affects only one side of your body, but on some occasions it can affect both at the same time. Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief (Piriformis Release) can be performed before the actual massage if getting a massage. If not wanting a massage, nor wanting to get undressed, not a problem. This sciatica nerve pain relief technique does not require to be undressed nor a massage. My technique takes less than 10 minutes to get results, without an actual massage.

Tech Neck Pain Relief

15 minutes: $40

Staring down at your phone or tablet for long periods of time puts great tension on your neck and spine. Many people who use tech devices also hunch their shoulders forward. Experts say this posture puts strain on the entire upper body. Muscle strain linked to hand-held technology has become such a common condition that it now has a name: tech neck. The technique I use does not require to be undressed, and it takes less than 15 minutes to get results without an actual massage.
